Pappardelle with Spring Onions & Chillies

Serves: 4



  • 400 g Cucina fresh Pappardelle
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp chopped fresh mixed herbs (tarragon, flat-leaf parsley and chervil)
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 spring onions (white part only), trimmed and finely shredded
  • 4 tomatoes peeled and de-seeded


  • Add the pasta to a pan of boiling salted water and cook for 2-3 minutes until al dente.
  • While the pasta is cooking, add the garlic, spring onions, tomato to a pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Drain the cooked pasta thoroughly and add to the tomato mix. Toss to mix and serve immediately.
