Put a big pot of water on to boil. Score the skin of the tomatoes at the stem end with a cross.
When the water comes to the boil drop the tomatoes in and count 30 secounds. Remove them from the water with a slotted spoon, and peel them. Add plenty of salt to the boiling water and put the pasta in to cook as per instructions.
Cut the tomatoes in half through the middle and discard the seeds. Now dice the the tomatoes either into squarish chunks or fine dice, whichever you prefer. Place in a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients - torn basil leaves, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Drain the Pasta and combine with the tomato mix. Serve and enjoy. Serves 4.
