Deep fried filled Pasta makes great canapes or appetisers. This is one of our favourites - discovered by our Pasta makers on a rainy Friday when no-one wanted to go out & pick up fish & chips for lunch. The Goats cheese in this Ravioli Lunghi works extremely well deep-fried, but we found lots of other successful options too!
In a deep pot heat the oil until not quite smoking. Deep fry several pieces of the Ravioli Lunghi at a time until golden & crispy. Serve on a platter with the spiced tomato kasundi as a dipping sauce.
